temporary tattoo on my hand, did it at Perth.

i always wanted to have a tattoo on my hand.
but it seems like no one agree >.<"

well, i did a research about tattoo.
they said that a person who have high blood pressure is better not to have a tattoo.
if insist to have it, have to go for a medical check up, and ask the doctor for advise.
does it mean to ask me "STOP THINKING ABOUT IT?!"
so SAD.
